BBQ Pulled Pork



Tried this once u the USA and found the spice mix that was really good and so we brought an entire carton home. Until I find another spice mix that is as good, I will have to ration this stuff. In any case, this is a fail-proof recipe, if you can get the McCommick's Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork mix. :P


Ingredients (according to packaging):
3lbs pork shoulder
1/3 cup cider vinegar (I used Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar (added another tbsp or more cos the the cider vinegar was a little too sour).
1 pkg McComick Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork dry mix

Method:
Mix the marinade well together
Place pork shoulders into crock
Pour marinade over
Cook 8h on low or 4h on high

Serve with Easy Coleslaw and burger buns.
